AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Engineering I&C Manager Energy to lead I&C and electrical engineering disciplines on nuclear projects from our Oak Ridge-based team, with a remote-friendly setup. This role requires deep nuclear design experience, PE licensure, and the ability to guide teams, engage with clients and regulators, and deliver complex solutions across the lifecycle of commercial and DOE projects.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Requires 15 years of direct nuclear design, engineering and construction experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a multi-tiered environment.
• Expert knowledge of key design codes and standards for commercial nuclear facilities.
• Expert knowledge of I&C electrical design software codes.
• PE license with ability to be licensed in multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Leads functional teams for projects meeting milestones and objectives.
• Provides technical direction and represents the work to clients and regulators.
• Coordinates staffing and recruitment for key vacancies in the specialty area.
• Solves complex problems with broad impact and develops execution strategies.
