Westinghouse Electric Company in Madison, PA seeks a Principal Field Specialist to lead Reactor Coolant Pump and Motor field services projects, coordinating teams, schedules, and resources to meet quality and safety standards.

You will report to the Manager of RES Field Operations, travel up to 40%, and manage client expectations, budgets, and project documentation to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with all contract requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in PM, engineering, construction, manufacturing or business.
• 6–10 years experience leading medium/high complexity nuclear projects or substituted for degree.
• 5 years field leadership on medium/high complexity projects; 3 years in tech/engineering and 2 years as PM may be equivalent.
• Broad nuclear power knowledge; familiarity with utility practices and procurement desirable.
• Ability to work up to 13 hours per day and travel up to 40%.
• Meet security/fitness for duty requirements and pass Westinghouse physical.
• Travel up to 40% and unescorted access in radiological areas.

Responsabilidades

• Support development of project plans, cost baselines, resource requirements.
• Assume overall responsibility for field delivery of reactor coolant pump and motor field services project.
• Manage field implementation of a project including scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, and stakeholders.
• Interpret and transmit project/contract requirements to functional groups; manage changes and expenditures.
• Promote teamwork and maintain project process metrics and documentation.
• Develop or oversee project databases and procedures to ensure efficient communication between customer and project team.
• Properly close project by archiving and generating final reports; identify improvements for future work.
• Serve as single representative to customer, architect engineer, constructor and Westinghouse business areas.
• Identify, assess and implement improvement opportunities to add value.
