Qualifications

• Experience with cost and schedule control methodologies.
• DOE Q or L clearance within last 2 years.
• Nuclear/industrial construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project cost estimates.
• Support project controls, scheduling, and cost management.
• Review scope, specs, and docs for estimating accuracy.
• Analyze project risks, assumptions, and cost impacts.
• Support proposal development and cost planning efforts.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project team across disciplines.
