Job summary

Pinnacle Specialty Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Estimator Subject Matter Expert to lead cost estimating for a major nuclear weapons construction project within the NNSA DOE complex. You will provide expert guidance to the project team and ensure robust, defensible estimates across all phases.

A U.S. citizen with 20+ years in cost estimating for large industrial or heavy construction, plus DOE regulations and Excel mastery, is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Extensive knowledge of nuclear construction regulations, safety standards, and DOE project controls practices.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (relevant experience may substitute).
• Advanced proficiency with estimating software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level cost estimating and analysis for a major nuclear weapons construction project.
• Lead strategic guidance and hands-on support for the project team.
• Ensure robust, defensible, and accurate estimates across all project phases.
