Job summary

ENERCON's Nuclear Services Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead engineering proposals, craft comprehensive project plans, and drive performance across schedules, budgets, and client relationships. You will manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and identify new business opportunities.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and technical oversight, with travel up to 10-15% and potential remote work options across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or PMP Certification required.
• Minimum 6 years in power generation, energy, utility or nuclear industries as Engineer or PM.
• Experience in cost/workhour estimating and proposal development and review.
• Ability to report on and manage scope, schedule, and cost for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of detailed Nuclear Services Project Work Plans and related documents.
• Manage schedules, budgets, client relationships, and opportunities to enhance project outcomes.
• Oversee quality, timelines, and compliance with internal/external standards across projects.
• Coordinate with technical staff to develop winning engineering proposals and ensure client satisfaction.
