• Bachelor's degree in engineering or PMP certification.

• Experience with cost/work-hour estimating, proposals, and review.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects by coordinating with technical teams to develop detailed engineering proposals.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and recovery plans as needed.
• Develop work plans, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
• Oversee scheduling and financial health of projects with reporting and performance tracking.
• Manage engineers, designers, and subcontractors while supporting internal standards and resource management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and assist with proposals and identifying opportunities.
• Plan and supervise client contracts; travel to client facilities as required.
