Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support mechanical projects within our Nuclear Services Group. You will develop winning proposals with technical staff, oversee budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client relationships as you drive project success.

Qualifications

6 years of nuclear, power, or industrial engineering/PM experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Nuclear, or Chemical Engineering or PMP with 10 years of applicable experience.
PE license strongly preferred.
Ability to understand and work with budgets and accounting processes.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel 10–15% of the time.

Responsibilities

Lead interdisciplinary design engineering coordination and act as a technical leader; manage client interactions, negotiate scope, and be the single point of contact.
Plan, execute, and finalize projects on schedule and within budget; manage staff and produce project reports and financial status.
Develop winning, highly technical proposals and support marketing efforts; identify new opportunities and follow-up.
