Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with in-scope TS/SCI Polygraph clearance and ability to maintain it.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 10+ years.
• Experience with nuclear weapons supply chains, production, and logistics.
• Experience assessing vulnerabilities across facilities, stockpiles, and supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of fault tree analysis, hazard analysis, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-fidelity reverse-engineering analyses and vulnerability assessments of facilities and supply chains.
• Identify vulnerabilities and inform strategic decisions with defense and intelligence partners.
• Analyze effects of nuclear weapons on facilities, equipment, and workflows.
• Develop design criteria using physics-based models for radiation, EMP, and interference effects.
• Utilize multiphysics modeling to evaluate degradation and survivability of nuclear facilities.
• Prepare technical reports and briefings for government stakeholders and leadership.
• Communicate complex findings and uncertainties clearly to non-technical audiences.
