Qualifications

• Experience with protective design, survivability, and risk assessment methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical assessments of foreign nuclear facilities, stockpiles, and supply chains.
• Develop physics-based simulations to assess survivability and resilience.
• Produce technical reports and brief senior government stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide strategic guidance across national security programs.
