Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate with extensive nuclear engineering experience and security domain exposure.
• Authoritative subject matter expert in nuclear effects and counterproliferation analysis.
• Proven ability to lead complex national security initiatives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across nuclear engineering and defense analytics.
• Conduct high-fidelity reverse-engineering assessments of facilities, stockpiles, and processes.
• Develop protection criteria using physics-based modeling of radiation, EMP, and nuclear effects.
• Apply multi-physics modeling for survivability analyses of structures and systems.
• Translate GEOINT/SIGINT/OSINT into defensible technical assessments and briefings.
