BCP Engineers & Consultants is seeking an Estimator for nuclear construction projects in Jackson, MS. The role supports cost tracking, Earned Value management, forecasting, and baseline changes, with collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 7+ years in project controls and 5+ years as an estimator on large projects, plus proficiency in WINEST. Hybrid work after an initial on-site month.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must have WINEST software experience.
• Min 7 years of experience in project controls.
• 5+ years of experience as an estimator on large projects.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and work breakdown structures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with estimating software and cost databases for developing and maintaining structured, auditable cost estimates.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in the nuclear energy, power generation, or highly regulated industry (preferred).
• Familiarity with earned value management, risk analysis, and cost-schedule integration. (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Utilize EVMS principles and other project management best practices while supporting project manager and team group leads in the execution of defined scope and deliverables.
• Support month-end Earned Value reporting process.
• Perform cost estimate data analysis in conjunction with project team inputs and trend projections to validate ETC and EAC.
• Obtain accurate pricing information from databases, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors for cost estimates.
• Conduct cost risk analyses and assessments; identify high-risk issues and recommend solutions.
• Regularly update and provide progress reports, layouts, and publication of the master schedule.
