Medium's Original Equipment (OE) Group designs pumps and motors for the nuclear power generation industry. The Contract Administrator will manage customer and subcontract agreements from award to closeout, ensuring compliance with federal and nuclear industry standards.

This role covers CPFF, FFP, and T&M contracts, requires US citizenship, and demands strong attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and accurate documentation.

Qualificações

• US Citizenship required for federal contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in contract administration.
• Working knowledge of CPFF, FFP, and T&M contracts.
• Familiarity with government contracting principles and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer contracts from award through closeout, including review, execution, modifications, and final disposition.
• Interpret and manage CPFF, FFP, and T&M contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, funding, and billing requirements.
• Track milestones, deliverables, options, funding increments, and periods of performance.
• Prepare, review, and process contract modifications, amendments, and change orders.
• Support audits, inspections, and reviews related to government-funded and nuclear contracts.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, finance, supply chain, quality, and outside counsel to ensure requirements are understood.
