Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee Dominion Energy’s SLR and generator projects at Surry Nuclear Station. The role focuses on on-site leadership, safety, and end-to-end project execution across design, procurement, installation, and turnover.

You will coordinate multiple disciplines, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and report progress to stakeholders. Hybrid work with on-site requirements at Surry, VA are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of nuclear construction/project management experience.
• Experience overseeing complex nuclear plant modifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site construction and project oversight for SLR and generator replacement.
• Lead coordination of project execution from scope definition through turnover.
• Review plans, test plans, outage schedules and readiness requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance for safety, quality, schedule and cost.
