The successful candidate will develop and manage commercial processes, contract administration, change management, cost impacts, and contractor performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial management, contract administration, cost management, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, industrial, or other major capital projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial management activities across project scopes and contract packages.
• Maintain cost reports, forecasts, and commercial dashboards.
• Assist with budgets, cash flows, and financial analyses.
• Administer contract requirements including payments and compliance.
• Support change management and tracking of commercial impacts.
• Coordinate with project controls, procurement, finance, and design teams.
