Job summary

OLH Inc. seeks a Construction Manager to support Hanford Tank Waste Operations and Closure (H2C) projects. The role requires extensive construction management knowledge and the ability to lead complex EPC and capital projects from start to finish.

You will supervise subcontractors, coordinate with ESH&Q, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations, and ensure adherence to safety, schedule, and budget requirements on high-risk facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Project Management or Engineering required.
• Ten years of related experience in construction management.
• High-risk construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage EPC, capital improvement, or infrastructure projects from initiation to closeout.
• Plan, evaluate, and adapt techniques and criteria for construction work.
• Manage contracts with subcontractors and interface with multiple teams.
• Oversee pre-construction activities and ensure coordination with resources.
• Lead Constructability Reviews and address gaps and risks.
• Ensure ISMS principles are integrated into all activities.
