OLH Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to support the Tank Farm Projects (TFP) in Hanford. You will apply extensive knowledge of Construction Management principles to oversee EPC, capital improvement, and facility upgrades from initiation to closeout.

Responsibilities include planning work, managing contracts with subcontractors, interfacing with ESH&Q and procurement, and leading constructability reviews. Bachelor's in CM/PM/Engineering and 10+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Project Management or Engineering, or related field.
  • Ten years of related construction management experience, including EPC or capital projects.
  • Experience managing staff and high-risk construction activities.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage small to medium EPC capital projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Plan and evaluate work requiring judgment and modification of standard techniques.
  • Manage contracts with subcontractors across multiple facilities.
  • Interface with internal organizations for contract preparation and performance.
  • Conduct field walk downs and coordinate subcontractor management.
  • Lead pre-construction activities and ensure resource coordination.
  • Define project objectives and risk areas for constructability reviews.
  • Ensure site conditions are defined for construction planning.
