Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Environmental Licensing Air Specialist to join our Nuclear Services Group. You will lead environmental analyses for licensing projects nationwide, interact with regulatory agencies and stakeholders, and gather data during site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in environmental consulting, nuclear power, or related field.
• Working knowledge of NEPA, Clean Air Act, etc.
• Experience with federal or state regulatory agencies.
• Experience developing technical reports and environmental reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency using MS Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% with 3–4 day trips.

Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental reviews to assess potential impacts of nuclear facilities on air resources and prepare environmental reports.
• Collect data through site visits and assist in developing technical content for reports and feasibility assessments.
• Interact with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and the public; present complex information clearly.
• Support air quality management tasks including MACT, NSPS, NESHAP, and NSR/PSD requirements.
• Mentor junior staff in project management and technical performance.
