Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Environmental Licensing Air Specialist to support nuclear licensing projects nationwide. This role involves regulatory interactions, data collection during site visits, and leading environmental analyses. Based in multiple U.S.

locations including Ft. Worth, TX and Plano, TX, with occasional travel for fieldwork. The successful candidate will draft complex environmental reports, interact with agencies, and mentor junior staff while staying current with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency using MS Excel.
• Experience with environmental regulations (NEPA, Clean Air Act) and regulatory reviews.
• Ability to travel/work in the field 5% of the time; fieldwork can involve 3–4 day trips.

Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental reviews to assess potential impact of proposed nuclear facilities on air resources and prepare environmental reports.
• Gather environmental data during site visits and develop technical content for reports and feasibility assessments.
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences; draft proposals and statements of qualification
• Assist in development and implementation of air quality protection measures and compliance services (MACT, NSPS, NESHAP, NSR/PSD, etc.).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for junior staff in project management and compliance work.
