Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior NQDC plan consulting resource for institutional clients and internal teams.
• Advise clients on NQDC plan design, features, eligibility, deferral and distribution structures, and governance.
• Conduct strategic reviews of existing NQDC plans and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop client-facing presentations, plan review materials, and recommendation documents.
• Collaborate with sales, relationship management, and compliance teams to support growth of NQDC offerings.
