Job summary

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of NQDC structures, strong communication skills, and a track record in financial services with licensing in insurance, annuities, and FINRA.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant financial services industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Consultative approach to working with institutional clients.
• Strong COLI product knowledge.
• Ability to communicate the economic, tax, and financial benefits of informal funding vehicles.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Insurance licensing, annuities licensing, and FINRA licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior NQDC plan consulting resource for institutional clients, prospects, and internal Morgan Stanley partners.
• Advise clients on NQDC plan design and features.
• Conduct strategic reviews of existing NQDC plans and optimize them.
• Partner with relationship management teams for client conversations on NQDC design.
• Develop client-facing presentations and recommendation documents.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on operational and compliance considerations.
