Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant financial services experience focused on Nonqualified Deferred Compensation, plan operations, or service management.
• Strong client relationship development and management skills.
• Excellent project management, process development, and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail with compliance language and processes.
• Clear, confident communication and customer service orientation.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional groups.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Work with NQDC clients to meet and exceed expectations for the NQDC offering.
• Provide subject matter expertise on NQDC plans to branch office staff and stakeholders.
• Lead plan implementation through enrollment with Implementation Specialist and Client Administrator.
• Support enrollment seasons, contributions, distributions, and reporting needs.
• Assist onboarding and servicing new clients, including takeover plans.
• Administer NQDC programs from eligibility through ongoing contributions and distributions.
• Perform monthly and quarterly client audits and reconciliations.
