Job summary

GuideStone seeks an experienced professional to lead retirement plan administration, including nonqualified deferred compensation (NQDC) plans and related executive benefits. You will manage the full plan lifecycle, from eligibility through distributions, while serving executive participants and plan sponsors with discretion and accuracy.

This role emphasizes compliance, process improvement, and collaboration across Compliance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, Finance, and Technology to maintain

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in retirement plan administration and related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Professional designation such as NQPC, CEBS, QKA, Retirement Plans Associate, or a comparable retirement or benefits credential, preferred.
• Direct experience administering NQDC plans or executive benefit arrangements, with advanced knowledge of NQDC operations and 409A requirements.
• Ability to interpret and apply plan documents, adoption agreements, participant elections, procedures, and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan Administration and Operational Oversight for nonqualified deferred compensation plans and related arrangements.
• Participant and Stakeholder Service to executives, plan sponsors, and representatives.
• Quality Control, Risk, and Compliance monitoring of plan activity and data.
• Project and Process Improvement supporting new-plan setups, onboarding, conversions, and system changes.
• Team Support and Knowledge Sharing with Specialists and cross-functional teams.
