Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC’s eero division seeks a Senior Software Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional hardware-software initiatives from design to delivery. You will collaborate with Firmware, Mobile, Cloud and Data teams and coordinate with Taipei teams on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field or equivalent.
• 6+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
• Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• 6+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience.
• 6+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• Prior experience working with contract manufacturers and chip vendors.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and requirements with product management and executives.
• Lead cross-functional development on new technology from design through delivery for eero’s next-generation wifi products.
• Coordinate with remote teams to align software and services with launch timelines.
• Communicate status, risks, and changes to senior management.
• Coordinate with hardware, software, and CM vendors to highlight risks and remove obstacles.
• Drive planning, execution, and tracking of program status using tools daily.
• Generate schedules and reports for board audiences to understand status and risk.
• Lead meetings, capture minutes, and track action items for the team.
• Lead retrospectives to drive process improvements across future programs.
