Job summary

OSI Engineering, Inc. in Cupertino, CA seeks a System Integration Test Lead to drive test readiness and execution across the NPI process.

You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and OEM partners to ensure successful builds, identify issues, and support production readiness. The ideal candidate has a BS/MS in engineering, 3+ years in product testing or system integration, strong hardware/system knowledge, and proven troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Electrical, Computer, Systems, or Software Engineering.
3+ years of experience in product testing, system integration, or manufacturing test.
Strong hardware and system-level fundamentals.
Experience with failure analysis and technical troubleshooting.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced NPI environments.
Proficient with macOS and iOS.

Responsibilities

Lead test readiness activities from SMT/PCBA through final assembly and NPI builds.
Plan and execute build dry runs and manufacturing test validation.
Troubleshoot test, hardware, and system-level issues and drive root-cause resolution.
Track test progress, risks, issues, and provide regular build/status reports.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and external suppliers to resolve issues and meet project timelines.
Improve test processes, quality, and manufacturing readiness.
Ensure products meet test and manufacturing requirements.
