Job summary

OSI Engineering, Inc. is seeking a System Integration Test Lead in Cupertino, CA to own system-level test readiness across NPI builds, working with engineering and manufacturing teams to move products from development into production.

You will lead test readiness across PCBA/SMT and manufacturing test, oversee dry runs, troubleshoot failures, and drive corrective actions while coordinating across cross-functional teams for improved quality and yield.

Qualifications

BS or MS in EE, CE, Systems, ME, CS, or related field.
3+ years in NPI, manufacturing test, hardware validation, system integration, or product engineering.
Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing builds and troubleshooting.
Strong HW fundamentals and understanding of HW/SW system interactions.
Demonstrated technical ownership and ability to lead across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead test readiness across PCBA/SMT, system integration, and manufacturing test.
Plan and execute NPI build dry runs and identify risks before production.
Troubleshoot HW, SW/firmware, mechanical, fixture, and manufacturing failures.
Drive failure analysis, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.
Coordinate engineering and manufacturing teams and communicate status and risks.
Improve test processes, coverage, quality, yield, and readiness.
Support CM/OEM partners and ensure manufacturing test criteria are met.
Apply system-level thinking to isolate failure origins in product, software, or process.
