Job summary

Aurora in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Senior NPI Test Engineer to support manufacturing test and automation for Aurora's hardware. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize automated testing and ensure robust production processes.

The role requires strong Python, Linux, data collection and debugging skills, plus experience with test equipment. Travel to CM for on-site bring-up and support is expected.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience with data collection using test equipment and data-acquisition systems.
• Verification, validation, and testing with strong debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication of test status and results.

Responsibilities

• Support and debug software tools used in manufacturing tests and provisioning.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to harden automated test procedures.
• Data management and analysis to track production test performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Provide technical test support to local manufacturing areas and customers as needed.
