Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a senior Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to own end-to-end integration verification for the NPI value stream, from material handoff to rate production. You will build models of capacity, throughput, and availability, instrument the line, and quantify how variations propagate through the system.

You will work with design, Operations, and GSE engineers to ensure producibility, architec­ture, and qualification plans enable scalable, repeatable manufacturing at high volume

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, process, or production engineering.
• Experience industrializing a product from development into higher-rate production.
• Hands‑on experience building and defending quantitative models of a production system.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration verification of the NPI value stream and interfaces between process areas.
• Build and maintain capacity, availability, and throughput models to determine rate capability.
• Characterize how the integrated system behaves with instrumentation and variation propagation.
• Verify and influence work owned by other teams without direct line authority; communicate findings.
• Partner with design engineering on producibility trades and with operations on production architecture.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical or Systems Engineering
