Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC seeks a Senior Director to lead the NPI procurement team, guiding strategy, supplier engagement, and execution across 100+ NPI programs. The role oversees Sourcing Program Managers and Sub-contract Managers from concept to production transition, coordinating with ISC, engineering, and customer teams.

The position requires strong leadership, deep experience in sourcing and program management, and the ability to drive best-value economics for complex aerospace programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of directly related experience in Product/Program Engineering/Sourcing.
• Minimum of 3 years previous program management or people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach team to achieve best in class sourcing practices to meet short term and long term stakeholder needs.
• Execute end-to-end ESE principles including source identification, supplier feedback and disposition, e-auction, and new part contracting meeting UPC, Launch Contribution, and Material Productivity requirements.
• Achieve >95% on-time delivery to product/program cost and schedule with Honeywell Milestone Reporting accountability.
• Collaborate with New Sourcing Strategy org to develop best in class sourcing strategies for next-gen products.
