Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Clearwater, FL seeks a Senior Director of NPI Sourcing to lead the aerospace New Product Introduction procurement team. You will guide multi-disciplinary programs from concept through production, mentor high-performance managers, and set strategic sourcing directions for 100+ NPI programs with substantial lifecycle spend.

This role requires strong executive presence, extensive supplier engagement, and deep knowledge of contracting, cost modeling, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of 7 years of directly related experience in Product/Program Engineering/Sourcing.
• Requires minimum of 3 years previous program management or people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• Executive presence with supplier and Honeywell leadership; strong influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, mentor and coach team to achieve best in class sourcing practices to meet short term and long term stake holder needs
• Executing the end-to-end ESE principles including source identification, supplier feedback and disposition, e-auction, and new part contracting meeting UPC, Launch Contribution, and Material Productivity requirements
• Executing > 95% on-time to the product/program families’ cost and schedule with Honeywell Milestone Reporting (HMR) accountability for Category 1 - Category 3 milestones
• Collaborate with new Sourcing Strategy org to develop best in class sourcing strategies for next gen products
