Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Sourcing Director for its NPI organization to lead and shape sourcing for 100+ new product introductions. You will mentor managers, drive ESE processes, and negotiate for best-value contracts across multiple product families from concept to production transition.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance NPI sourcing team across multiple programs.
• Develop and execute end-to-end ESE sourcing strategies and life-cycle contracting tied to UPC launches and cost objectives.
• Oversee supplier negotiations and best-value economics for NPI programs.
• Collaborate with ISC, engineering, PM, and customer teams to drive program success and milestones.
