Job summary

TD SYNNEX in California is seeking a Senior Repair Services & NPI Engineer to lead repair programs from onboarding to deployment. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and sales to design, test, and implement new service solutions that meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.

This role emphasizes project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on development of test equipment, scripts, and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
10+ years in engineering, repair services, manufacturing integration, test engineering, or NPI.
Experience with Storage systems, Networking, Servers, and related tech fields.
Strong PM and leadership across cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding of new products, services, repair programs and customer projects.
Define scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables for projects.
Support quotation development with technical estimates and planning.
Manage projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, and sales.
Develop test equipment, scripts, procedures, and troubleshooting methods.
