Job summary

Gates Corporation seeks a Motorcycle Marketing Specialist to lead global marketing campaigns, manage major motorcycle tradeshows, and drive brand awareness across NA, Europe, India, China, and APAC. The role partners with Product, Sales, and regional teams to translate technical belt drive advantages into rider-focused messaging.

The position is based in Denver, with travel across domestic and international markets, focusing on racing programs, brand partnerships, and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience in motorcycle/powersports required.
• Experience managing integrated campaigns, product marketing, and go-to-market programs.
• Ability to translate technical product information into rider-centered marketing stories.
• Strong skills in budgeting, project management, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead global motorcycle marketing campaigns to build brand affinity and educate riders and dealers.
• Own NA and key global motorcycle tradeshow/event execution, booth planning, and activation.
• Support racing, ambassadors, influencers, and content partners to maximize brand value.
• Plan and measure campaigns with KPIs tied to reach, engagement, and product adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, BD, Eng, Sales, and regional marketing across markets.
