Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-6 years in product development, engineering, manufacturing or related fields.
• Strong PM and interdisciplinary team leadership experience.
• Experience with PLM/ERP systems and project planning tools.
• Ability to forecast resources and budgets, and mitigate constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from inception to realization with limited supervision.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage priorities, schedules, and budgets.
• Maintain NPI process mastery and ensure compliance across development lifecycle.
• Report progress to executive management and stakeholders with risk mitigation plans.
• Drive pre-production readiness including BOM release, manufacturing readiness, and tooling.
