Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc is seeking an NPI Manager II in New Hampshire to plan, lead, and manage complex product development projects from inception to realization with limited supervision.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive schedules and BOM/DTL releases, and ensure adherence to ISO procedures and internal processes. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business is required or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of product development or manufacturing experience.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience with PLM/ERP systems is preferred.
• Experience with firearms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the product development team to manage deliverables and priorities.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and optimize resource use.
• Maintain NPI process mastery and cross-functional alignment.
• Report development status, risks, and mitigation plans to executives.
• Drive BOM/Drawing releases and component manufacturing readiness.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and ISO procedures.
• Lead pre-production readiness activities and cost control.
