Job summary

Amperesand PTE LTD in Reno, NV is seeking a Senior NPI Technical Program Manager to lead the transition of innovative Solid State Transformer systems from design into scalable manufacturing. You will refine NPI processes and drive product launches by collaborating across engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 7+ years of relevant experience, and a proven ability to deliver results through cross-functional leadership. This position comes with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering roles (manufacturing, test, product development, or NPI) with program execution experience in complex product environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
