Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Senior NPI Program Manager (Finance) to lead manufacturing support for Data Center AI accelerator boards, coordinating with Operations PMs to deliver advanced AI accelerators.

You will plan and track progress, collaborate with Engineering on firmware upgrades, manage qualifications with customers, develop ramp strategies, and drive risk mitigation with Platform Design Engineering.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of program management/production experience in the server industry.
• Strong leadership and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication to report status at all levels.
• Experience in technical program management in the server domain is favored.
• Pragmatic problem-solving and quick issue resolution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track manufacturing progress toward program goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering to upgrade firmware and diagnostics.
• Coordinate customer qualifications with customer PMs and engineering.
• Develop an NPI handover strategy for ramping to mass production.
• Provide regular alignment updates to the factory network.
• Ensure alignment between the factory and collaborators on execution strategy.
• Lead teams, materials, and resources to minimize production risks.
• Drive process improvements and risk mitigation with design teams.
• Coordinate supply chain and manufacturing plan for revenue products.
• Maintain project budgets and track bring-up hardware procurement.
