Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Senior Product Engineer for Datacenter. You will collaborate with multiple engineering groups to launch AI and HPC GPU platforms into production, ensuring efficient hardware integration and cost targets.

You will apply system architecture expertise, optimize test plans, and drive DFx and yield improvements across global manufacturing sites, while communicating clearly with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in EE/CE/IE/ME or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledgeable in statistics, timing analysis, and fault analysis.
• Strong communication and organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management, and task prioritization skills.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal direction and drive projects in an efficient and effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with NPI teams for smooth production ramp at worldwide manufacturing sites and pursue process improvements.
• Recommend, drive and ensure DFx requirements for robust signal integrity across layout, components, assembly procedures.
• Develop and deliver test specs for system-level manufacturing screens to meet HW coverage and product requirements.
• Drive alternate components qualifications and BOM updates.
• Collaborate with CM to define product assembly line, test stations, and fixtures for cost and throughput optimization.
• Craft solutions and workarounds via volume data analysis and lab experimentation to solve yield/test problems on the floor.
• Lead optimization and continuous improvement of production screen spec definitions to minimize waste and meet test time, yield, DPPM.
• Support customer facing and quality teams during escalations to understand issues and fix gaps in coverage.
