Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in an engineering or technical/engineering program management role.
• PMP or other Project/Program Management Certification is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and communicate key results, constraints, and dependencies in NPI.
• Handle cross-functional communications independently.
• Develop and own engineering wafer and hardware risk plans.
