Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Software Program Manager to join the Compute Software platform team in Santa Clara. You will drive software/firmware release plans for Datacenter servers and PCIe products, partnering with multiple internal teams and CSPs to meet release milestones.

You will translate customer requirements into actionable goals, lead cross-functional efforts, and maintain schedules across diverse engineering groups. Strong communication and 12+ years in similar roles are required.

Qualifications

• Solid ability to get complex Datacenter products to customers.
• Hands on experience with software development and processes, specifically for system software / firmware development.
• Strength working independently with minimal direction and ability to resolve technical issues and resource conflicts.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus to make programs successful.
• Detailed knowledge of software engineering principles.
• Experience with industry standard configuration management tools and process automation.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and technical presentation skills; BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 12+ years in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement processes to support NVIDIA GPUs HPC and AI platforms for cloud service providers and OEMs.
• Lead software and firmware execution for Datacenter servers, drive release schedules and plans, and manage release plans.
• Collaborate across teams to plan and drive software/firmware objectives and develop schedules for multiple moving parts.
• Translate customer requirements into goals and actions and keep customers updated on issue status.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third parties across time zones to resolve issues and manage releases.
