Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. is seeking a Staff Program Manager, NPI, to oversee a portfolio of complex new product introduction programs from award through launch and sustaining. You will partner with internal teams and act as the primary interface to customers.

You will manage risks, define the critical path, support budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Occasional international travel is expected; the role includes equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex new product development/introduction projects or programs.
• Experience with PPAP, IQ/OQ/PQ, capability studies, and measurement systems analysis.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including process development, manufacturing, quality, and operations.
• Proven experience managing external/customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
• Interest in metal additive manufacturing and fast-paced startup environments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customers and suppliers, including internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale, complex NPI programs and/or multiple NPI projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with the assigned NPI Lead to support program execution and ensure deliverables meet customer requirements.
• Identify and assess risks, elevate issues promptly, and drive solutions.
• Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Define and communicate the program critical path for cross-functional alignment.
• Support development and tracking of program budgets and resource planning.
• Collaborate with other project managers contributing to the same program.
• Create and maintain program scope, schedule, budget, and risk tracking tools; support meeting cadence.
• Plan and facilitate customer meetings, visits, and workshops as needed.
• Support resolution of program risks and issues.
