VulcanForms is seeking a Staff Program Manager, NPI, to manage a portfolio of programs from award through launch and sustaining, partnering with internal teams and acting as the primary interface to customers.

You will lead large-scale NPI projects with cross‑functional teams, manage risks, track schedules and budgets, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Occasional international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex NPI programs or projects.
• Experience with PPAP, IQ/OQ/PQ, capability studies, and measurement systems analysis.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and operations.
• Proven experience managing external/customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage competing priorities and urgency.

Responsabilités

• Manage large-scale NPI programs and/or multiple NPIs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with the NPI Lead to support program execution and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Identify risks, elevate issues, and drive solution development.
• Provide regular written and verbal updates to stakeholders.
• Define and communicate the program critical path for cross-functional alignment.
• Support development and tracking of program budgets, including resource planning.
• Collaborate with other project managers on the same program.
• Create and maintain program scope, schedule, budget, and risk tracking tools.
• Plan and facilitate customer meetings, visits, and workshops as needed.
• Support resolution of program risks and issues.
