Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in program management/production within the server industry.
• Leadership to influence, negotiate, and drive data-driven decisions.
• Clear, detailed communication of status and final deliveries at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track manufacturing progress to program goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Diagnostics to upgrade firmware and diagnostics.
• Coordinate customer qualifications with customer PMs and engineering.
• Devise an NPI handover strategy for ramping new designs into mass production.
• Maintain alignment with factory network through strong communication.
