• :Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver manufacturing processes from concept through production readiness with contract manufacturers.
• Validate manufacturing processes, process capability, and manufacturing readiness for product launches.
• Provide technical leadership across Engineering, Global Supply Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and contract manufacturing partners to industrialize new products from development through high-volume manufacturing.
• Meet or exceed goals for yield, quality, process capability, cycle time, and throughput prior to transfer to Manufacturing Operations.
• Develop scalable manufacturing processes, tooling, fixturing, automation, and material flow for long-term growth.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing issues to improve process performance and product quality.
