OLIX is seeking a Director of Planning & Purchasing to deliver planning and supply execution for next-generation AI computing solutions. You will own demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, inventory, and logistics to align materials and production schedules with product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 12+ years leadership in Planning, Purchasing, or Supply Chain in electronics/advanced manufacturing, with 5+ years leading teams.
• Expertise in demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, inventory, logistics, ERP/MRP, and S&OP.

Responsabilités

• Deliver demand and supply plans that align demand, material availability, and manufacturing schedules.
• Lead material purchasing to ensure timely availability while balancing cost and inventory.
• Coordinate with Global Supply Management, Manufacturing, and contract partners to execute production plans and meet delivery commitments.
• Establish scalable planning processes, ERP workflows, and planning parameters to improve visibility and execution.
• Develop inventory and logistics strategies to ensure on-time delivery while balancing costs.
