Job summary

You will guide teams through tollgates, develop manufacturability strategies, and drive readiness assessments. Travel is expected 10–25% for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing Engineering and/or New Product Introduction.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through NPI Tollgates and Readiness Reviews.
• Provide cost/schedule details for manufacturing process development and build readiness.
• Identify supply chain plans, capacity, and make/buy considerations for new products.
• Manage Manufacturing Readiness Level assessments and maturation plans.
• Organize projects related to new product introductions, processes, and layout optimization.
• Influence policy, resources, and risk mitigation to improve products and processes.
