Qualifications

• 8+ years in NPI, manufacturing engineering, or product launch roles.
• Experience with ultrasonic welding is highly desirable.
• Fluent in PPAP/FAI, GD&T, and supplier qualification processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the global part qualification process end-to-end.
• Lead implementation of new injection molding tool sets.
• Manage new design transfers to domestic and international offices.
