What you'll be doing:

1. Be an integral part of the product design team.
2. Enforce quality standards and monitor yields.
3. Lead internal and external cross-functional teams to meet engineering objectives.
4. Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products to meet project requirements.
5. Drive Contract Manufacturers (CMs) towards excellence in manufacturing processes, quality management, and High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) mindset.

What we need to see:

1. B.Sc. or equivalent experience in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
2. 5+ years of relevant experience.
3. Experience in PCBA manufacturing, including PCB design, SMT processes, mechanical assembly, and testing.
4. Experience leading projects with multiple CMs/vendors.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues during product development.
6. Well-organized and detail-oriented.
7. Excellent English reading, writing, and presentation skills.
8. Relevant courses such as Project Management and Quality/Process-related courses are advantageous.
