A lot of foundational work needs to be done; we have many things we want to build and constantly iterate. Both the Platform & Product Engineer roles involve:

• Developing and deploying intelligent AI-driven automation solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing logistics software systems.

• Ensuring the reliability and scalability of AI-driven automation systems for high-volume logistics processes across multiple industries.

• Conducting hands-on troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure smooth AI agent deployments.

Staff/Senior Product Engineer responsibilities include:

• Building and optimizing APIs, database solutions, and front-end customer interfaces that connect AI agents with enterprise logistics platforms.

• Ensuring the reliability and scalability of customer-facing AI-driven automation systems for high-volume logistics processes across industries.

• Collaborating directly with customers to understand operational challenges and customizing AI agents to fit their workflows.
