Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in automation/manufacturing/process/equipment engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical resource for automation installation and manufacturability of HSIO Overpass cables.
• Collaborate with customer teams to understand requirements and system constraints.
• Lead technical reviews to identify opportunities and risks in automation projects.
• Drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, validation, and closure for customer issues.
• Translate customer requirements into internal engineering and product development needs.
