Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical discipline.
• PMBOK/Waterfall knowledge including scheduling, planning, risk mitigation, and financial analysis.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 5+ years of demonstrable Project Management experience on large NPD projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional project meetings to drive actions and decisions.
• Own end-to-end planning and control: scope, schedule, budget, milestones.
• Prepare governance packages and challenge project readiness at gates.
• Influence diverse, global teams to achieve objectives.
• Co-facilitate workshops to improve execution and quality.
• Identify stakeholders and build well-rounded project teams.
• Manage risks, conflicts, and blockers with timely mitigation.
• Use PM tools to track scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Escalate when scope or maturity risks commitments.
